Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at InfiniteONE. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
All payments must be made beforehand. Once payment is received successfully, the shipment will take place.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via your provided e-mail or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over 1000 RON.
At checkout, you can choose from a list of courier companies (BooKurier, DPD, Sameday, Cargus, DragonStar, NemoExpress, GLS National) with the minimum delivery price starting from 9.76 RON for orders that do not provide free delivery.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that there is somebody present to receive and sign for the package. If our courier cannot make a delivery, you may need to make further arrangements with the courier personally or collect the package from the courier’s depot. We do not accept responsibility or liability in this situation.
Return Policy
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen calendar days after the date the item is delivered.
Before returning your parcel, always contact our customer service to make arrangements.
Returns without pre-going contact will not be processed.
You can return your product if it meets the following requirements:
- The product is in new condition
- The product is provided with the original and undamaged packing and accessories and, where applicable, all the potential promotional gifts sent with it
- The product may not show any signs of damage or malfunctions other than found in the box.
We advise that you inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us within 3 working days from delivery of any defects or damage. Please document any defects you find through clear photos and a clear description of the issues you encounter. Retain all documents and packaging as they are needed in order to return the package.
We will refund the order once the returned package has been evaluated as respecting the above requirements. Except for the initial shipping cost if the Good was paid for an order without free shipping. The amount returned will be only for the returned Good.
For orders paid with a card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within 3-30 days of accepting the return.
Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to ensure your package is returned to us safely.
