How can I use positive affirmations to improve my life?

To really reap the benefits of positive affirmations, you need to treat this like a training regime. Make it a regular practice until it become a habit. (Humans flourish with good habits)

  • Start with a daily dose of positive affirmations for 3 to 5 minutes

Do it when you wake up or before you fall asleep. Do it when you’re putting on makeup or shaving, so that you can see yourself believing. Keep doing it every day.

  • Repeat each affirmation 10 times

Listen to yourself saying it. Believe it to be true. You want to make this as real as possible.

  • Ask someone you trust for help

Hearing someone other than yourself say those powerful words to you will help reinforce the belief.
